The area is very safe (the Metropolitan Police dog unit is literally one street away), and not too busy. The parking spaces are only 3 minutes walk from Morden Road tram station (which gets you to Wimbledon in 5 minutes), and are also only 10 minutes walk from the Northern line (South Wimbledon and Morden Underground stations).

Quite tricky to find the unit as there was no obvious signage from the roadside. I parked in one of the first 2 of unit 3’s spaces as directed, but came back to a note on the car saying I shouldn’t be parked there. I knocked at the unit and the man said I should be parked in the last 2 of their 6 spaces, not the first 2 which was quite confusing.

Great parking and 10 minute walking distance near to South Wimbledon tube station. Couldn't fault location. Appreciate space being rented out will consider or visit area again
