Straight forward procedure although the concierge at the car park seemed to be quite unaware of what was going on when we returned the key fob and departed

all arrangements were excellent, with good communication and really helpful directions to find the parking. Parking space itself felt very clean and safe (for vehicle and people) with friendly and helpful 24 hour caretaker. Able to come and go from parking anytime which was really helpful. All round excellent
