ASDA Llandudno Junction Car Park

I’ve given one star because I can’t give nil.Nobody told me it was going to be nearly 5 miles from my digs ,tried twice and still couldn’t find my space.Tried to complain ,nobody answers,tried to transfer,subject not covered in frequent question,got to fill a form in,but needed action then.

Such a quick and easy app to use Brilliant

The car park was way too far away from my hotel

Made a booking with just parkfor our break in July ,followed the instructions and it was easy

easy to set up the app and pay, however, I had booked into the wrong carpark(my mistake), tried to amend the booking through the 'manage booking'section, which prompted me to use the app - I was on the app!!! So in frustration I paid again for the correct carpark. So very easy to use and pay, as long as you pick the correct carpark!!

Booked and got a fine. Will not use it again, too much hassle.

Great location for parking

I booked parking to attend a concert at the Llandudno Venue which was cancelled with about 6 hours notice. Reason given was a burst water main and was beyond my control. Because I tried to cancel the booking after the minimum 24 hours notice, I wasn't eligible for a refund. Not hugely bothered but the reason for cancellation was entirely beyond my control!

Received parking charge notice today for my parking. Called you and You don’t sort it out. I have to deal with the notice myself. What is the point of using you if this is how pathetic you are.
