I booked parking to attend a concert at the Llandudno Venue which was cancelled with about 6 hours notice. Reason given was a burst water main and was beyond my control. Because I tried to cancel the booking after the minimum 24 hours notice, I wasn't eligible for a refund.
Not hugely bothered but the reason for cancellation was entirely beyond my control!

Received parking charge notice today for my parking. Called you and You don’t sort it out. I have to deal with the notice myself. What is the point of using you if this is how pathetic you are.
