Easy and good value

I booked using the map but did not realise that the system gave me a receipt for a carpark many miles away with a similar name - now I have a £40 fine Just park not very helpful to sort out so far - you need to be very carefule with this company, I will never use again

Booked for 24 hours costing me £5.79 and arrived and left well within the period booked. Received a fine by post for £70, just 5 days later from Parkingeye telling me that if I settle in 14 days it is £40 but if I appeal and for any reason (under their control) they reject I lose my right to even a settlement and need to pay at least £70 to avoid court proceedings. Advice from JustPark is for me to deal with Parkingeye as effectively not their problem. Find this to be poor service as clearly there is a weakness in their system and communication with Parkingeye that they need to investigate and sort out not only for me but other paying customers! If JustParking missold me invalid parking then they should surely admit this and pay any fine plus refund what Impaid them. What also adds to frustration is that Asda are aware of internet booking but have and want no part of sorting out errors. When I asked them on arrival if there was a risk of this going wrong they just told me nothing to do with them but not aware of complaints or issues. I may revisit my appraisal if this gets sorted quickly and properly but I am not holding my breath and already annoyed by the experience of a unnecessarily difficult to deal with fine notice and worrying online lack of full support. Surely this is why we are paying JustPark, for the comfort of valid parking and to avoid the hassle of unjustified punitive fines!

The reason for 2 star is because the parking spaces were 4hrs free... I paid nearly £4 for 4hrs to find it was actually free for 4hrs! :(

Simple to book, easy to park and a reasonable price

Made you pay for the parking be for you could get directions so when I paid for it it ended up being 4hours away never again will I use them
