I am generally available at all times to allow you entry to the car parking space (Numbered 6BY) via the electric gates. However if you require the fob to come and go as you please then please advise beforehand by giving notice prior to the day you arrive.

In the event of loss or theft whilst you are in possession of the Fob, there is a £50.00 replacement charge.

I cannot guarantee that the gates will be in working operation 24/7, and so in the event of any damage to your vehicle, I as the car parking space owner will not be held liable for any such damage, however this is a Private Residential Car Park and is not accessed by the general public.

If you are running late, then please contact me with an ETA so i can be available to let you into the car park. *Note 4*
I will accommodate you arriving by waiting for a further 60 minutes to allow you access. However failure to arrive within 60 minutes without prior notice will result in you possibly not being allowed access to the car park if I am not available, but you still being charged.

To stay overnight there is a extra charge of £5.00, but prior notice is needed and the space vacated by 10.00am next morning.
