The staff that work at blackburne house are rude & disrespectful. The place is over run, I have on 3 occasions paid for parking & not been able to park in a bay safely as the place is over run & yet it states online there is availability. Questioned twice now upon parking how I accessed the premises, hsve I paid, why am I parking here, disgraceful attitude from staff.

There was no parking space for me
Apparently this is not uncommon
There are no cameras on the car park therefore cars don't move when they should and there is no way of managing this
