I couldn’t enter car park as there were road works covering the entry with the road closed both ends! No update from Just Parks at all! Appalling!

Instructions were wrong from directions to the QR Code not working. The attendant at Princess Dock Multi storey parking facility in Liverpool was rude and shouty - I will never park here again - as I was new to the City and this parking venue and I was only asking for their assistance, the attendant was rude and ignorant towards me and just shouted “Just get a ticket you don’t need a QR code” no explanation on how I was going to leave the car park - he just barked orders at me as though he was some high ranking general. I paid £18 for 5 hours parking and left Liverpool early and very disappointed. However, the staff (Alex) at Just Parking have been brilliant, helpful and supportive.

Lovely car park. It was safe, secure and clean. The fact that it also had 24 hour staff monitoring the car park made it feel all the more secure.
It was my first time here and my first time in Liverpool. When I come back I will definitely be using this car park again.

Very convenient to have pre booked parking in a secure place. and quite good value too. Only minor complaint was that roadworks made the sire hard to access, some advance warning of this would have been appreciated.

The sat nav provided does not take you to the multi storey which is on a completely different street. It took over an hour queuing to get out of the car park
