Came back to a parking ticket just over half an hour later I paid for four hours but the ticket have been done just over half an hour later. No idea why have disputed the parking ticket await to hear.

I was issued with a PCN today even though I paid online and I was within the parking time limit. I’ve just challenged it online with Liverpool city council but seeing as it takes 6-8 weeks for them to reply I am too nervous to visit which is extremely upsetting as my son has just moved into uni digs close by and this was our place to meet up

I paid for 4hrs parking came back in less than 2 hours later & a parking council ticket off a fine on my car ,I've never used a parking app before & I'm not from Liverpool just visiting for wk/end & didn't know if the machine prints the ticket I stood there for 10 mins nothing happened so thought all info on the app so I left ,I find this unfair that I paid for 4 hours parking & get a fined cause off a problem with the ticket printing & me not knowing what to do
