I paid for 4hrs parking came back in less than 2 hours later & a parking council ticket off a fine on my car ,I've never used a parking app before & I'm not from Liverpool just visiting for wk/end & didn't know if the machine prints the ticket I stood there for 10 mins nothing happened so thought all info on the app so I left ,I find this unfair that I paid for 4 hours parking & get a fined cause off a problem with the ticket printing & me not knowing what to do

Too expensive. Lots of coaches letting passengers on and off in the street. Coaches blocking parking spaces and coach passengers not taking care around other people's vehicles.
