Got to parking on time put code in door open no problem

Gate didn't open when using app. I was harassed by traffic warden and I only got in because someone opened gate from inside by chance. Justpark phone help line seemed unmanned, no staff to call to get help with access.

Appalling directions .. main code not working so had to use emergency code .. shutter only stays up for seconds before it starts to closes we had to drive through v quickly .. have to get out of car going in and out of car park to get through shutter. Tight entrance in side car park but was secure (as its so hard to enter!).

Two work vans parked, had to beep my horn to get attention, unable to park until they moved the vans. They told me they work at the building and therefore can park, but no apology for restricting access to space.
Absolutely appalling. Unable to access the car park, had to call reception and the gent came round to let me in. Would not recommend and have sent a complaint. Still no reply or refund. Very late for our Xmas party.
