Seamless parking

Close to town, little fussing about with parking, found a space straight away

Everything was great and could not complain. However on leaving within the timeframe, the machine informed me I had to pay £25 to leave having already booked online and paid £26. I now have to prove this to just park in order to receive my refund.

Easy to book and secure.

We used this car park as it was close to the hotel we were stopping in . Booked online which was easy,got regular emails to keep us updated on our stay .On arrival and exit everything went smoothly with the registration recognition. The only downfall was as with all multi-storey car parks we have a large car parking spaces quite snug and turning corners quite tight

Great simple way to park in Liverpool centre, You just pull up and the shutter opens up after seeing your reg and then your in, same on the way out. Best thing for me is there seemed to be slightly wider spaces than in other car parks so it was good knowing that people were not going to scratch your car with there doors.

The car park was excellent, secure parking and very clean premises. I had a bit of difficulty exiting the car park as it wouldn't recognise my QR code, but I used the information button and was then able to exit.

All very simple upon arrival and departure Very expensive though!

Easy to use and simple, perfect

A bigger car, electric or 4×4 would maybe find it a little tight, on ramps and width of parking bay. But fine for our Honda civic .
