Feel safe to park overnight only one think would said the ramp so narrow

Stayed in Liverpool city centre for the weekend meeting up with relatives and booked with Just Park to make sure we had parking at the end of a long journey. Booking was straightforward and directions to the car park were clear plus a photo supplied of the entrance which was helpful. Car park clean and secure with cameras. Number plate recognition let us in and out. I wasn’t given details about a specific parking space but there were a few spaces and just parked. Highly recommended and I will use Just Park again.

Exit did not recognise pre-payment - wanted to charge again via ANPR Had to push help button and speak to someone to exit

Everything worked as planned.

No issue with the actual parking itself but leaving this car park is a nightmare! The QR code never scans on the pay machines and when you call for support they send you to the exit saying you can scan the code there but you can’t and your then have to call again to be let out and blocking the exit for everyone else while it’s sorted.

The parking inside the building was extremely tight. I was driving a Honda CRV and needed to have my passenger guide me round the turns between floors and you could see from the scrapes on the walls that other drivers had had accidents here. I was extremely nervous during this. It would be better if it was advertised that large cars and SUVs would be problematic. But location is great and felt very safe.
