Parking on Utting Avenue, L4

Space not available as another car blocked both spaces, had to park on the road. Owner considered my request for a refund unreasonable and asked me never to book the space again. He was willing to refund part (he doesn't get all the money so that was fair enough). I told him to keep the money and just let it go. I don't think it's his fault that someone else blocked both spaces but I found his attitude, about my perfectly reasonable request for a refund, was poor. Telling me not to book the space again (and I was very polite on the phone) seemed to demonstrate that he isn't sure it wouldn't happen again. Its a trust issue rather than a money issue.

Easy to find. slight issue,this space is for 2 cars.first car hadn't parked very straight. so I ended up parking on the road with the owners permit. owner was easy to deal with. considering the size of the crowd at Anfield it was easy to get away. would recommend

Great experience and an ideal location. Close enough for it to be a short walk but far enough to allow for an easy escape without getting snarled up in the two big Anfield car parks. Ben was very responsive to text and app messages and met us on arrival to help us park. Highly recommended.
