I had booked to park overnight, when arriving at the car park, the spaces were very narrow and difficult to get into. Once I returned to my car the next day, someone had bumped into my car and left scratches all across my bumper which had also come away from my car. The driver to cause the damage had left without saying a word. Won’t be using again.

The instructions about where the space is were extremely unclear and out of date, I'm still not sure if I parked in the right place!

There was a lot of rubbish in the car park which did not give a good impression of vehicle being safe when we arrived, but all was well and it was very close to centre.

Could not find the parking, despite 2 Sat Nas on.

The pictures need updating as the shops at the mount pleasant end have changed ownership and we were looking for a Tesco Express which is no longer there. Also the signage on the fence of the parking yard has changed, so we were a little unsure if we were in the correct place.

The car park was more expensive than the ncp carpark opposite. it had human poo in and what looked like 3 homeless people doing stuff in the corner, it felt dirty and unsafe. I would never go again.

There is no info on the gates other than codes for paying to park. I was a little bothered and tried to call you but gave up. My vehicle was parked within the bay but still managed to get a dent on my door from some selfish person. I took photos as to where it was parked and the signage that has nothing to do with justpark. Very close to Bold Street, car park was only small and very untidy/rubbish everywhere. Fine for the price

Was quite hard to find the car park was full of glass and people parked erratically and when we arrived two very suspicious men were hiding behind a van
