12 Temple Square Car Park

Got to destination wouldn't allow us to unlock the shutter.....had to phone number JustPark just rang out managed to contact beepark who were helpful each time needed entry had to phone Beepark.......not the experience I wanted n was stressful

Secure car park with control of pedestrian doors and barriers controlled by yourself through the app - would use again

The address and the postcode both mislead. They will direct you into Temple Lane which is a very narrow dead-end which you will have to back out of. You need to drive up Temple Street from Victoria Street (both one-way). Then the front of the parking is easily spotted and looks just as the photograph shows - on the left and the Just Park app allows access.

Really easy to use & short walk to shops

Directions sent to my phone incorrect Barrier would not open with app Telephoned but no signal A car leaving told me it's one way and one way out and asked me to reverse out of the way Requesting a refund as late for appointment and it was raining- terrible

Arrived at the carpark however had to download the ParkBee app to gain entry into the actual facility and had to pay again very annoying as I couldn't find the transaction on here yet in my bank you had taken the £7:49

The location was great and parking easy - once we got in! When we arrived we couldn't open the shutter via the app so had to ring the help desk for assistance and they opened the shutter remotely which took about 5 minutes. When we returned to pick the car up the same thing happened and we had to ring for assistance again. The wait was made worse by the fact it was dark and raining! We got in the car only to find that the shutter wouldn't lift so we could exit. So for a third time we needed to ring for assistance. Would not recommend or use this space again.

Great spot in the heart of the Caven district. Really good pice didn’t cost to extend a couple of hours
