Arrived at the car park expecting automatic number plate recognition access. This did not happen had to obtain a ticket.
car park was very congested struggled to find a ' guaranteed' parking space as stated.
on exit ANPR not registering my vehicle and asking for a £20 payment!!
Had to press intercom and speak to a very disinterested operator to open the gate after I had convinced him I had pre paid.
very inconvenient especially with a que of impatient drivers behind me who were trying to leave the car park.

Perfect car park easy to find i booked online i drive straight through and drive out with no problems. Also car park nice and tidy. i definitely use this car park in future!!! highly recommended!!!

The postcode for the parking was incorrect and took me to a random place in the middle of Liverpool.
I had to take a ticket to get into the parking.
There were no staff available to speak to for help.
When I needed to leave the QR code on my phone didn’t work, neither did the barrier recognise my number plate and so I had to call for assistance.
