Very frustrating trying to use the machine to pay for a ticket as you would complete information and then when processing the payment it either errored or declined payment after wasting 10 to 15 mins we saw the online payment details. Either fix the machine or make payments by online only it was extremely frustrating wasting our time. I am sure some people would give up and incur a penalty through no fault of their own

Terrible parking place car got damaged (scratches) and got a fine for a few extra minutes where I was trying to pay but the app would not work and crashed when I tried to pay

Shambles! I could not extend my parking as the app was giving error. I had to walk back to the car and go. Then I received a penalty notice! The pay machine never works; the app is sh**t. Extremely disappointed. Will use carded gates car parks from now on.
