Obvious lack of communication between just park and Liverpool council or just no research. Seems a common scam that occurs upon research.
Apparent taxi rank with no clear signage.
Expect a refund or the PCN to be expensed.

Turns out the space we were in becomes a taxi rank from 8pm to 6am. So we picked up a £35 parking fine! Not impressed. Sign saying this was small and at the far end of the parking area. We bought a ticket at 17:50 because you have to pay up to 6pm. The final annoyance was receiving an email the next day saying "your parking has expired". This is probably more of a Liverpool city council problem as they love to gouge drivers for every penny and make town as inaccessible as possible!

I paid to much it was only supposed to be for 2 hours and when I got the email it was until 8am the following morning and charged me £5.34
