I booked a space but one is not reserved for you. It was just luck I got a space. Out of 3 space in the car park I could only get in one. Disappointed. Wouldn't park there again

Despite reserving a car parking space I only just managed to get a parking spot and it was a bit of a squeeze. If you are going to advertise spaces and except pre payment why aren’t you reserving spaces for pre paid clients?
