I paid through JustPark to use the Sainsbury’s car park, but when I arrived, there were no barriers and it appeared to be a free car park. I saw no indication that a JustPark booking was needed. I feel misled and would not have paid if this had been clear when I booked.

Response to Justpark comment:
I checked with the Supermarket staff and the manager when i parked there and they were furious that someone is charging for vehicles being parked here. And they assured me this is Free Parking for everyone and noone is authorized to charge for Parking here.
