Didn't meet the owner, but didn't need to really. Driveway fitted my BMW iX3 easily enough with about 8" each side. Type 2 charger connected up and started charging straight away, gave me about 16kW whilst I watched a match at Anfield. Would def use again. Note to new users, you can only access when driving west to east as the house is on one side of a dual carriageway, and it's a bit difficult to see the house number from the other side of the road.

Lovely friendly space owners. It was very easy to find. The space for our ford Kuga really easily. Perfect space if your looking for parking on match days or gigs and especially for visits Walton Hall Park.
