Excellent secure car parking

Simple to use, clear instructions.

Excellent City Centre car parking. Only downside was the very tight turn to enter the car park but I do have a large MPV so this wouldn't be an issue for the average car.

Great help when parking in a specific area of Liverpool. It has a map feature so you can pinpoint the location and lists the nearby parking. I selected a Qpark and (to my surprise!) I was able to enter and exit without any issues. Only one small niggle which was: when using the app it did not provide directions to the car park, rather just to the main address/location. I had to enter the details manually into iPhone maps.

Good central location. Well maintained and clean. The exit barrier didn't open for us (we pre booked online so it should have opened with ANPR), pressed the assistance button on the exit barrier and security were very helpful, apologised they were having issues with the barrier, checked my number plate was booked and let us out. Didn't delay us timing wise either, all very quick.

So easy to book and get access to the car park. My only issue was not knowing where the reserved parking spaces were located. I'd just driven through the barriers and they were there. And with cars behind me, and being in the far lane, it was too late to pull in to one of the reserved spaces. It would be good to know where the reserved spaces are located prior to arrival/entry.

Slightly dodgy smell in stairwell but otherwise fine
