Pre-booked on line, arrived at car-park, failed to gain entrance, had to take a ticket as i was causing congestion, couldn’t find parking space, contacted help-line, advised to pay ticket and claim refund. Complete waste of time, ruined weekend, now got to faf around trying to claim money back. Wont be using this service again.
