Service provided in arranging spaces was amazing but missed 1 thing , what size car you have , hired a Vauxhall mokka to go to Liverpool, upon finding car park I realised the car only just fit around the turns to the upramp , took all of my 30 years of driving transits to get her out safe but judging by the war Marks on the walls , some where not so lucky

Easy parking that felt safe. we have a Kia stonic, which is a medium size of car, a bigger car could have been a squeeze, as the ramps are quite narrow, but for our car it was great

The barrier did not open automatically on entry.As I had cars queueing behind me I was obliged to press button for ticket. On leaving, the barrier machine demanded £13!

Our number plate would not read upon entry or exit the Q carpark. Therefore we were holding up other customers who wished to enter and exit the carpark.
Eventually the assistant person came on the intercom and left us both in and out.
