Imagine Liverpool John Lennon Airport Car Park

Left vehicle in space as advised (indoors) and was asked to leave keys which I wasn't expecting. Was expecting vehicle to be inspected for damage but no such checks were required. Extended parking duration from app which was easy to do and only cost 20p. On collection of the vehicle of found that it had been moved outside. I went inside to collect the keys, I was only asked for registration and no ID, there was a queue so no checks where done and no forms to be completed. Due to how busy it was I pretty much had to leave straight away. When I got home I noticed that the vehicle had some damage to the front of the car. i contacted Just Park and explained the situation and I was told I needed to speak to someone at the location, so far the number has been consistently engaged. Have been told I need to request CCTV.

Know the area well from various Liverpool flights but this was first day return. Easy to find reasonably well lit and 5 min walk to Terminal.
