Great secure parking location for Hill Dickinson Stadium. About 20-25 min walk would use again. Locals were really helpful and showed us the shortcuts to the stadium.

Booked a slot for Wednesday the 16th. My email said the same but on the day I checked the booking and when it put me through to just park it shows as Tuesday 15th. I rang up just park who could see the mix up instantly but once they spoke to a manager I was told it was my fault. Over 45mins in the phone and sending emails as proof I booked it for the 16th they reluctantly gave me a refund OR I could try and get in if I just drive there and give it a go. Really bad service and I wouldn't use them again.

When we arrived we were told there was no space for us - totally unacceptable given that we had pre-booked, I'm aware that we were not alone in that. We had driven 170 miles hence the importance to us of a guaranteed space. Please refund the cost of £17.89 (to the card used) taken on 9 September. Yours Mark Hindley

No spaces when I arrived- consequently then made very late to the event - really poor response from person at car park. No refund revived as yet. Very very poor!
Update: no refund as apparently I needed to take a photo for evidence - which I did t do- not least because I was running late for a football match and suddenly had to try and source another place to park- which was extremely difficult this is totally acceptable- should it be for me to follow this up or for the company to check with the site management directly? I think so. The woman at the gate said I would be refunded surely she should have taken the relevant details and photos- disgraceful! DO NOT USE!

Pre paid car park space was not available due to the carpark being full due to the provider overbooking.
The attendant tried her best to be helpful and apologised for the situation.
We had no choice but to park elsewhere on a road side.
