When we arrived at the destination via the postcode listed it took us to a side road next to the space and the car park was not easily sign posted from the street. When we got there, I found all the spaces were taken even though I had one reserved. Thankfully as I waited on hold to customer support a car left.

Easy to book. Price seemed good. Postcode and street view helped us find the car park and we were able to park conveniently for our needs. The prices on the sign at the car park were cheaper than we had paid in advance online. Don’t know if booking fee is added to the sign price, but I felt slightly miffed that I might have got it cheaper!

left our car here for 2 nights returned to find the window smashed and the car broken into! my husband has stage 4 cancer and we need the car 24/7 we live in Swansea and I rang justpark to say what happened! actually no hoots given but did refund the car park woweee not! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE OVERNIGHT! We drove the car back to the Maldron hotel where we wrapped the drivers window with cling film until we got home to South Wales no help or anything off justpark. never again! they were awful

no spaces available even though it was "reserved". These are 24 turn up and park spaces so how can you reserve a space it really is take your chances. It would probably be easier to have just turn up seen that there was no spaces and then gone somewhere else, but had paid for the 2 days so you are committed. Ended up have to park somewhere else so a waste of money.
