INTELLI PARK Kempston Street Liverpool Car Park

Absolutely brilliant, great value for money, 5 minute walk to our destination. Easy to find.

Easy to use website at an affordable price. Would recommend them.

We ended up not using the car park as it was not obvious which was the correct car park. We ask a few people if we were on the correct car park as there were signs asking to pay, one person said it was dodgy to park on there anyway, As we were paying £30 we would have expected someone to be around to help, so as we said we decided against risking it and found parking for £10 elsewhere. Very disappointing.

The car park had clear directions and the photos really helped to ensure I was in the correct place. Very handy for Mountford Hall venue at Liverpool Uni.

When we got to the car park there was no space ended up paying again to park in a nearby car park won’t be using again

I prebooked a parking space, but when I arrived the car park was full... so I had to find another car park and pay for parking again.

Used three little words. There was a sign saying pre booked

There are 2 car parks not clearly marked i parked in the wrong 1 and got a ticket

The signup process did not make it clear that this was a monthly subscriptions and despite cancelling on discovery, JustPark still keeps trying to take payment 2 months after my initial signup.

Car park was well placed for where we wanted to go. There were lots of comments on line about identifying the right car park as there are three next to each other. I used the directions given with the booking and paid attention to the photos of the car park when booking and used what three words and i wasn’t 100% sure I had the right car park. A simple sign at the car park would make all of this so much better. I tried access my booking during my stay but the app said I didn’t have any bookings active future or past.
