INTELLI PARK Kempston Street Liverpool Car Park

Was difficult to judge if we were in the right car park as so many council car parks and no proper street names. But a what three words location was useful. A photo of the car park would also have helped. Good price for City Centre parking.

Handy for the theaters only bad point the bays are very tight if your in the middle car park bays

Car park was ridiculously tight to manoeuvre around and it was completely full when we arrived. Tried to call the number on my email which went to an automated system telling me to contact the car park owner... like I had time for that. Disgusting system. Won't be using again.

Lots of communication which was the good bit! Car park was very tight, people really struggling with bigger cars. Wasn’t initially convinced I was on the correct car park as the post code was a different street to the advertised street. There are 4 car parks very close together. One was called Burgess street car park which was the address I had? But the car park was Kempston street, which was the post code. Photo did help. But cheap and no dings on my car which was a bonus!

Booking easy to do, plenty of spaces and close to the a theatre I was going to

Easy to find parking. Extended twice easily to start it sooner and leave later. No issues. Very easy.

Waste of time, could access the spaces as cars parked across the middle. Had to make alternative arrangements and will seek a refund
