Had to park on the road as there was a car on the drive

Booked space last minute but on arrival there was already a car on the drive. Should not have for booking last minute if there is a chance it won’t be available. Couldn’t contact owner as no number was given. Nightmare trying to contact helpline. Had to park elsewhere. One big hassle
