Would have given 3.5 stars “good”. Positives: very good value for money (less than £10 for a 3pm to 10am, overnight parking), AND in the heart of the city centre.
Negatives: road closures in vicinity meant it was very difficult to locate the entrance to car park, as not a local so not familiar with the road layout. Sat Nav struggled to assist. Maybe better guidance in terms of access instructions would be helpful ?
Not the easiest of access to the various floor levels. Very narrow, especially when going up / parking. Not as bad, leaving. Appreciate layout cannot change.

Shocked to see a few disabled bays clearly stating £100 fine if not displaying a blue badge yet we had 2 car both with blue badges with 2 wheelchairs and yet 5 out of the 7 bays no badge displayed, we ended up o the 11 floor with wheelchairs, no security around to ask as informed on the WhatsApp, car park is great but extremely tight around the beds to next levels clearly displaying lots of scratches from cars catching it, I think there should be an option to save a disabled bay, not sure if I would use again due to this

It was simple to use Found a cheap car park within the walking distance stated. However it did not show the road /street address. The post code is not enough when you need to ask for directions because the road /street I needed to access was no longer available. Also a landmark would be helpful
