Q-Park Hanover Street Car Park

Easier than expected. Will definitely use again and recommend to others

Excellent service. Much easier to have the option to pre book.

I saw some comments that this carpark was difficult to find, but we put Q-park Hanover into Google maps and it took us straight there, so perhaps don't use the find directions function from within Just Park. Also, there were some comments on the QR code so maybe they already updated the info but it clearly states this is for pedestrian access. The only downside I found was we could only book to 11.45pm, and I found myself having to extend. I only need an hour but the default is 4 and you pay the same regardless so that wa an extra £25! However I overheard some other people coming back from the same event also parked in Q-park saying they were able to book til 1am for the single charge of £25. So I would advise if you think you need late parking to not prebook as there were plenty of spaces, otherwise you get ripped off!

Easy to find and access. The car park was secure and clean. All round great experience.

Straight forward process, instructions given were ideal. (They did say a QR code was needed for entry to carpark on foot but I never needed it once for this carpark) No problems coming and going from the carpark numerous times as always a slot available when returning. Will definitely use justpark again.

First time so not sure what to expect. But all went well.

Once the car park was located as there are 6 in the area (I was told) and some quite close, very easy to come and go as you please. Would definitely use this site again.

Whilst our car remained safe and secure for the duration of our stay we were a little disappointed to find 2 homeless people sleeping in one of the passenger lift cars. Furthermore there was no need for us to use the QR coding to access from tree level as the door was often left open
