It was the first time I use this system. After I punched in code, barrier not open. Repeated several times and pressed intercom for help. NOTHING HAPPEN! Was stuck at barrier! Would like an explanation from JustPark.

It was good except that as I arrived, there was an issue with the barrier and a customer was phoning you to get help. Once it seemed to be working, I was helped by a pedestrian who inputted the numbers for me and the barrier opened. No issue leaving.
