Fist time I have parked with JustPark. Arrived at a car park recommended for a part of Liverpool where I was attending an event. I was on the minutes an hadn't realised there was a barrier entry. Used the intercom which was very quiet an I really couldn't hear the lady she basically just said use the app to pre book she can't let me on. So on the road outside the car park I downloaded a completed the details made payment and went back to the barrier expecting ANPR to let me in nope. Buzzed the woman again this time it felt like she was actually annoyed I had disturbed her I now need a 4 digit pin which is on the app somewhere, she didn't know where. But it was no where to be seen on my booking. Eventually I got into the car park and parked then extended and left later on. Not the best experience customer service link in app was down no ability to chat. Not the best experience tbh.

Four hours is not enough time to go for dinner and a concert and there was no option to extend. I had to leave before the performance had finished. Not happy!

Fantastic park space right outside cafe which is fab for disabled people, however, it can get very busy here so lucky to find a space.
