I am still waiting for a refund as the car park was being used for a private event but I wasn't told this until after the money was already taken.

Do not pre book as it doesn't guarantee you a space. We pre-booked and the car park was full on arrival. Just Park won't refund as it says the spaces are none refundable. Avoid at all costs.

When the app is used, it does not confirm that a space will actually be available to you as ther is still an option for users who have not reserved parking to turn up and use the parking machines on site. Potentially you could have turned up, already paid an not be able to park.

No problem parking here, although other customers who had pre booked turned up to find no spaces available. Think it could be better managed as would not have liked this to happen to me after a 4 hour drive.

Refused admission into car park. Attendant informed me that car park is pre-booking only and they experience a number of issues with Just Park.
