Straightforward easy to use system, very reasonably priced. The key pad to type in the code to get into the car park was placed quite high, pull up to it with enough room to step out of the car. Not a huge inconvenience, more of an observation.

Very handy car park for the Philharmonic and Everyman. Unfortunately the barrier wouldn't open with the code but luckily found the 'open barrier' option on the app. This is better anyway as can be done without getting out the car.

All very easy to book and good to take stress out of finding a space and then how to pay for it. Only issue was getting out of car to enter pin ( buttons too high for in-car access) and back in and drive before barrier closed. Worked 2nd time when just about got through.

I found the booking really easy and the parking fee was very reasonable. I had a glitch when the code provided didn't open the barrier, and had to ring a London number to get assistance. They were very helpful and lifted the barrier
for me, but told me that they finished at 8pm (I was booked until 11.30pm. This left me feeling anxious that I wouldn't be able to use the code to get out again. Luckily, I didn't need to use the app, as the barrier automatically rose as I approached the exit. I would certainly use this company again.
