This is a great find. Not only are the owners lovely to communicate with but they actively engage before, during after the booking. The parking is ample, reasonably priced. tucked away, safe and convenient. As regular visitors to this part of the world, we would absolutely book to use this space again. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Easy to find, with clear instructions and really convenient for the beach at Rustington. Would definitely recommend.

This was an excellent parking space. I drive a VW Tiago and there was plenty of space. The owner asked that I park tight to the fence on the right side (as you drive in) so it left room for any cars entering or exiting the double garage. The parking space is brilliant for access to East Preston beach. It’s literally 2 minutes to walk to the beach. If we’re ever down this way again I would not hesitate to book this space again.
