How our drivers felt about this space
Convenient and safe parking space near De Montfort Hall with good availability and easy access, though some users faced minor issues with directions and confusion over the car park's name.

Easy experience and you just park and go.
Melanie T3rd October 2026 on TrustPilot
Absolute scam. Take people's money but don't provide a space for the booking. Just a man in a high vis telling you to 'take it up with them'.

The car park was overbooked and we were lucky to be able to park, although not in a designated bay. There appears to be no control over the number of people booking here. Many people with bookings were having to turn around and try to find places elsewhere.

No space when we arrived
Sue H28th September 2026 on TrustPilot
We had booked a car park space. When we arrived at the car park it was completely full and we had to then find parking elsewhere. This car park was further away from our planned visit and we had to obviously pay more money.
Very disappointing!
