Exchange Building Car Park

I got to parking spot, the code you given me didnt work, 6 times I attempted and ended up parking in nearest NCP car park. Avoid just park like the plague, there is no contact number, no help, robbed of money. Just bear in mind if your a woman and looking for secure parking, This company is not for you. Terrible service. AVOID

the code i was given to get into the car park didn’t work so i was stuck outside. Luckily someone came with a fob so i was able to get in. The spaces were not lit and it wasn’t obvious at all where i was supposed to park. I again couldn’t get back to my car when i wanted to leave due to my code not working that i was emailed.

Simple to locate and easy access. Slight issue with access but a phone call to the call centre provided the correct access code. I would use again.

Not easy to find. Code works sometimes. Other times it doesn't so you have to start a chat with a human to generate another code. Car struggles to fit through, I have a mid size hatch and struggled to get through the place. I have not damaged my car but seeing the scratches on the wall. I can see many cars have been damaged here. They really need to have this as a motorcyle, bike park not car park...

Avoid this car park! I booked it for the weekend. The entrance has a low ramp and 180 turn. It’s so dimly lit once you’re in. I booked a parking space however the spaces are unbelievably tight. I managed to get it in , but caused over £700 damage to get it out. When I called them they highlighted the small print that said it was for small cars only. They let me book it despite me putting in my reg, make and model. Just a joke - never park here !

Bad experience

The ramp to the car park was very hard to negotiate with a SUV. The bend is very sharp and I had to reverse uphill a few times to get round it.

extremely small entrance, very difficult to enter. I almost scratched my car even though I'm generally considered a skillful driver. And my car is of average size. DO NOT COME!! There are plenty of street parking that are much easier.

access was impossible, could not get in at all, angles for downward ramp were terrible

Parking entrance not signed and difficult to find. I was also given wrong pin number which necessitated a support call. That said, parking spacious, secure and good value.
