Twice now I have booked this space to visit my mother at the nearby hospital, and on both occasions the owner has his/her Lexus parked in the spot. I tried ringing the doorbell to no avail. Thankfully I was able to park for free elsewhere on the street. Please remove your car when letting out the space. Thank you!
