Avoid at all costs! Park for free on the side streets, as this parking space is a myth! You'll get there to find the owners cars, nicely parked outside his house. When the owner of the space was called, he told me to get a refund and did not tell me that the parking space was not available. No apology, no nothing. Took my money, practically daylight robbery! Complaint and pictures have been sent!
