Ribbon Residence Car Park

Hi, I booked this for the 18th of August when it should have been the 20th of August. Can I please change it to the booking I forgot they changed my booking, and I read the wrong email when booking. Regards Dean. That's what I emailed and sent through your app. The reply was something regarding changing the number plate. Ended up arguing with an AI bot. I rang you and was transferred again to an AI bot; it was only a few hours after booking.

after finding space it was a nightmare to park in Esther was a car perpendicular to the space (not a just park space) and also a car in front which made parking near impossible. the perpendicular car was slightly over their line which added to the problem. I dont have a big car (corsa). if I had anything bigger I would not have been able to park. with the help of my passenger I eventually got in to the space - after a lot of going back & forwards to get in the space (parking sensors were beeping as I was so close)

The parking space was difficult to get in due to the stupid parking of the person behind me, otherwise it's a great spot and so near to the Clarendon Ward where I was going.

Extremelt tight spaces. When I arrived i had to wait for someone in my space to move, overall not good.

Space Taken. Had to park elsewhere!

Got to the car park and there was no space had to find somewhere else and pay again

Unable to use at all due to 1 space being available but blocked by other vehicles so unusable.

Was able to book a parking space on the day but the "space" was impossible to get into which meant I'd paid £9 for the space and then had to pay £20 for an expensive car park and was very late for my meeting
