Woodhouse Plaza Car Park

The directions to find the car park were terrible. It’s on a street with two other car parks and didn’t have a key code to get in. I was late for my appointment because it took so long to find and it didn’t feel safe at all in the dark at night.

The car park i choose in Leeds was not easily found. No sign posts to indicate it was a just park. When i finally found it (by asking a parking assistant from another car park near by) showed me where it was. Again when i parked there was nothing to show it was just park and the signs where for resident parking.

someone parked very close in the underground/covered part and it was extremely difficult to get my large car out

Very small spaces

Having previously been able to park here and giving a 5 star review, unfortunately our last experience was not good. It probably meant we parked in the Ribbon residence part in error (there were 3 bays parallel to the wall with Just park signs). It turns out that Ribbon residence Just Park is different to Woodhouse plaza parking though close together according to Veronique at customer services. We completely missed the padlock as previously mentioned in a review since we were looking for a keypad. It would really help if there were more Just Park signs within the car parking areas and photos of the padlock on the booking information.

Nightmare to find and once found very tight and disjointed parking bays. Won’t use this specific location ever again.

Really cheap parking, wasn’t to busy too

Thankfully the instructions and picture guidance made it easy for me to find the parking however it's not easy without the guidance if you're unfamiliar with the area. Only a few of the allocated bays alongside the wall have the JustPark branding. The allocated bays inside the gated area do not so this is a bit confusing and I felt uneasy leaving my car in the gates area because of this.
