Woodhouse Plaza Car Park

Terrible. Booked a space to arrive in a different city for a concert. Booked it for mid afternoon to enjoy some time in the city. Car park spaces were all full. Spoke to a local car park agent who said he speaks to people daily who have the same issue - Told they over sell the spaces. Called JustPark who then redirected me to what they said was another nearby space. Sat nav asked me to perform a u turn as the address given was for the same full car park. Requested a refund - have to wait 10 days for the money back. Ended up spending quite a while trying to find a car park - Lost over an hour of our free time. Ended up in a multi-storey which was £4 cheaper & for a longer stay. Would never book with them again as can’t trust space will be there when arriving. Would give a zero if possible. ***In response to the below - I turned up at 2pm - the time of the booking. No spaces available. Local working in a car park booth said to me as I walked up ‘I know exactly you what you are going to ask - no it’s not ran by us - and I bet there are no spaces - they always do this and I speak daily about it - You need to call them’. Car park was tiny and looked badly maintained. Quite glad there were no spaces in the end as wouldn’t have been happy leaving car there and also parking was £4 cheaper elsewhere***

The space was not there, other people also turned up to find so space available...either it was heavily overbooked or people were parking there who shouldn't be. A great way to ruin your dayyyyy :(

Booked the space 5 minutes before arrival, to find there were no available spaces when I got there. Myself and another person who had just booked and turned up had no where to park but our money had been taken. There was 1 space left inside but absolutely no chance of anything other than a motorcycle fitting in it because of where it is positioned. Had to find alternative parking at another cost. I've used this parking before, but wouldn't book before arrival in future.

Good parking, BUT, didn't have to use the code. Tight parking, used for Park Lane open day, but a useless idiot parked on thd road before, and parked blocking the corner. Im amazed I actually managed to get through and park my car mind after the stress of the other driver

Easy to use. Used the link to find the car park. It was as close to the loction as it had claimed. Car was safe. Also liked the option to extend the parking once booked - handy feature.

bay 3 was a bit tight width wise but fine apart from that

Ideal car park. The only parking place for me to park took a lot of manoeuvring to get into. Car to the front was half a metre over the line.

Directions to parking lot were not clear, kept going in circle around Woodhouse car park

The instructions are correct but it is quite tucked away and feels uncared for, behind an unused building. Signs above the bays also say they are reserved for other business users. I was not sure I was parking in the correct place but think I was. It did feel unnerving.
