Woodhouse Plaza Car Park

On arrival there was no space for us to park! Clarendon road Leeds. Someone had taken it, so not happy at all. I rang the help line who were very good & managed to transfer our booking to a different space not too far away. It did take us a bit of time to find it, but was a better parking space in the end so all good. Just hope we are not re charged as he did say it was just a transfer of my booking for same amount of time I’d pre booked.

In the description of my parking it said must be parked in bays 8-12 otherwise fine 8-11 was taken 5-7 was free and 12 the only left I was allowed, it was looking like the local tip with rubbish strewn everywhere so just parked in a bay I wasn’t meant to be in let’s hope I don’t receive a fine they should be managing and tidying their spaces

Pre-booked. Full outdoor parking. Code for barrier to indoor parking did not work. So could not park here -will request refund

Numbers written on floor weren’t always clear to read, and found it confusing having two different car parks on the outside bays

Car Park was filthy with a lot of debris and litter. Spaces were small and cramped and there was barely enough room to get in and out of the space. I was very nervous that my car would be scraped by the time I returned as the only space was partially blocking other cars

All fine on this occasion. I was able to find a space outside & had enough room to manoeuvre into it. I was apprehensive after reading the reviews post-booking, because it sounds like it’s often (wrongly) full though. Also had there been anyone in the other remaining space, I might’ve had a job reversing in. Finally if you have anything bigger than a Qashqai size car (at the most) this place will potentially be unsuitable if there’s many other cars there.

I did not parked there because there wasn't ansy space left apart from few bit already occupied by homeless people. Can I get my money back?

This is the second time I have parked here and the car park has been full on arrival. Avoid
