Only bad things is bay 10-16 is next to household waste collection

Using the address and postcode I was given, google maps told me I had arrived while was on a busy road with absolutely no where to pull in and nothing visible to find where the parking space was. Each time I drove back past it, it added another 6 minutes as it was a busy, fast moving one way street. I drove around 3 times and gave up as I would have been super late. Had to pay loads extra to park in the hotel I booked. Infuriating.

Postcode supplied took me to the building in the centre of a roundabout. Finding the entrance very hard. No code pad easily visible. Tight to park Had to negotiate 2 dead rats (outside) to get to the street. Not stress free at all....

Great and easy service to use and great instructions on how to get to your parking spot would definitely use them again

We couldn't find the car park. Satnav and Google routes were either closed, bus lanes or one way. Spent 1 hour driving around trying to find a different route. No data so couldn't download your app to contact you as couldn't find a number online or on confirmation email without the app. In the end we drive home and missed our concert. Would have been handy to know how difficult it is to find with the road works and one way systems in Leeds.

I did get lost but that was due to me not the actual place and got stuck in the one way system of Leeds. Nice little parking place I will definitely use again. Thank you.

Not being from Leeds I struggled at first. But managed to find it. Possibly had troubles due to road closures and road layout changes. Would use again as 3 mins from where I needed to be.
