The directions where very poor on my way into the City Centre which left me flustered and unable to find anywhere else to park. It was a court proceeding which i had to attend so i had to leave my car 9n double yellows and inevitably i received a parking f8ne.

Good idea but in practice it didn’t work, we arrived at the location to find that the only place available was completely blocked by about 10 industrial waste bins. Eventually someone moved and we squeezed in but it made us late for our appointment.
UPDATE I sent an email to the company along with a photo and received a full refund so I can’t complain about customer service.

The location was easy to find, largely devoid of passing foot traffic, and covered by CCTV.
16 spaces in total and only a few were occupied so it wasn't crowded. And it was only a 10 minute walk to City Square, straight down the Headrow.

We were concerned we were in the wrong place as no just park signs were visible. Also there was only one space we could easily park in due to bins being in the way (spaces 13-16)
