I had pre booked but the system didn’t let me in (NPRS) so took ticket
However on exit I pushed for assistance and the receptionist who was very helpful,
let me out nice car park in Leeds

Easy to book my parking in ‘The Light’ in Leeds for a concert I attended at First Direct Arena (short walk for those wanting to know). It’s underground so make sure you get your QR code up before going to the car park! As the coverage meant it wasn’t being the code up!! Had a queue of cars behind me and couldn’t bring QR code up! Black button for help if needed but no one answered! Was lucky I remember I took a screen shot the previous day so had it in my camera roll! Safe to say I had a horn applause from those behind when the barrier opened!

The space itself was fine, but having made the booking for the wrong car by mistake (I have two vehicles registered on my account) I used the site option to try to edit the booking so it wasvfor the correct vehicle only to find this particular carpark won't allow JustPark users to do this. Also no refund was available so now I'm £12 out of pocket as I had to make a second booking.
I'm unlikely to use that car park again.

Paid online for parking in Leeds. Got to the car park and had to pay again as my numberplate was not recognised. Very disappointing and will not be using again.
