Very easy and simple procedure of booking and parking..only thing is the bays were not numbered as I had instruction to park within certain number of bays..a part of that I have wonderful experience

Space was poorly marked - was unsure which bays were available. Had to phone JustPark to get clarification and confirmation. All numbers rubbed off of bays, and wall signs were confusing.
Open barrier button in the app also didn't work for this location at all, even when stood right next to it.
That said, the location was safe and conveniently located.

Very affordable and it was extremely easy to follow instructions for entering and leaving the car park.
The only thing I'd say was that only about 3 spaces had visible numbers, so we had to take a guess on which space to park in

I would definitely recommend and will be using Just Park again. The car park was great. Very secure and easy to access via the app

Got they and it was completely locked down. We put the code in we tried to phone and we pressed for help . No repo sue at all. Do not use this company it takes your money and does not give you anything. We ended up in the middle of Leeds trying to find a parking space. So stressful and feel completely let down .

Barriers wouldn't open and the button for reception didn't work so had to ring the help number each time we wanted to go back to the car which was very annoying and weren't given the code until the 2nd phone call so ended up standing outside for 10 minutes each time. Won't be using again

arrived 6 minutes early, and the barriers wouldn't open. called JP, and they said I should remain blocking the road until it hits 5 pm and the barrier will open. someone entered the car park and i was told if i followed id be fined £70 as it was 4 minutes at this point until i was due to be thereentered the code again (as open barrier button wouldnt work) and it still would not open. I never had bad experience parking before. However, this was shocking customer service, and I think its rediculous you cannot access the car park even 5 minutes early (as most people i know arrive early to any destination). Would not recommend anyone uses this particular car park
