Every thing went like clock work

Secure location within a few minutes walk to city centre. Easy to find via satnav. Highly recommended.

Communication was good, text messages, info about the car park etc and pin number worked well. But there were no allocated Just Park spaces left when I arrived! So I had to park in a random space and hope it was ok.

So easy to book. Good instructions for entry and exit. Good sized parking spaces. The feeling that my car was secure. Convenient location.

Easy to find and very safe. However came back to get car and was blocked in. Tried to call justpark but no reply. Came back a couple of hours later and could get out fortunately.

I ll start with the good points . It was easy to book , the price was fair and the spaces were big . The location is convenient and I felt my car was safe. Downside: if you arrive a little early you cant get in . Make sure you book for a little earlier than you intend to arrive or your code will not work . More worryingly, at some point after I had parked i was notified that I had cancelled my booking ! I had not done so ! I rang the number and spoke to a very helpful lady . However , she could not reinstate the booking ,so I had to make another but from the later time as I was very concerned I may not be able to access my car on return. I now have an anxious few days as to whether I will be fined.

Nice big spaces , easy access , very secure

No space, all taken had to park somewhere else in the middle of town. Pictures taken and contacted customer service for a refund.

Giving 1 star as it does not allow zero stars. VERY DISAPPOINYED! Booked a park but the carpark was fullinstructions indicated 10 Just Park spots in the carpark. There were 8. Attempted to make contact with help team, but have had zero response thus far (48 hours).

Absolute ease of booking and gaining access through downloading the app. 5 stars from me. Thank you.
