I am disabled with a wheelchair. I was not aware that the lifts stop working at 6.00pm!!! What an absolute nightmare!!! … But after seeing my review the company gave me a full refund. I would recommend this company for their professional handling of the situation.

The parking seems ok. As someone who has never been to Leeds, the parking was difficult to find and enter due to roadworks. Great location for the First Direct Arena. You get supplied with a QR code but I couldn’t find anywhere to scan it to allow exit from the car park.
