I bought parking for 2 days at thos carpark.
Due to events out of my control I had to leave the carpark early on the final day and return at a later time (14.40pm - 15.18pm)
When I attempted to pay for parking the machine in the carpark wanted me to pay for the whole 2 days.
Even though I'd already paid through you.
I only wanted to pay for the time I had come back (above).
I could not work the app to buy the additional time.
Now I have a PCN REF: A199451

Super-easy to park and skip the queues to pay at the end as there was an event on at the Royal Armouries. Quick walk up into Leeds city centre if that's where you're going.

I arrived about 15 minutes early and couldn't find anyway to alter the booking to reflect this so hopefully ok. otherwise smooth easy process.

This was my first time booking parking. I found the site easy navigate, choose times ,places and to pay all online.
Then the email and text messages were great as I had both options to go to to get directions, this took me into my Google maps. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

When I booked the car park I put 9.30am-4pm when I got booking confirmation it had altered to 8.30am-3pm and it said if I needed to change anything I had to cancel the whole thing and start again so I left it. I got back to the car park and was 5 minutes over my time so I asked the gentleman in the office what to do, he very kindly came to the machine to help me. There it would not let me pay for an extra hour. After two lengthy phone calls the gentleman was able to get the machine to accept £2.50 payment from me for the extra time. I heard one man say on the other end of the phone “ they should come back before the time runs out” How flexible is that????
All other car parks I have used have texted me near to the end time to ask if I wanted to extend my stay. Sorry I will not be using just park again. The gentleman in the office was very helpful and very patient with his whole attitude.
