Parking on All Saints Circle, LS26

The parking space was overgrown with thorny briars and grass. The property was empty and must have been for some time. The Wednesday before I arrived I tried to contact the owner twice (for my own piece of mind) to confirm they had received my booking through Just Park but got no answer. Eventually I managed to speak to a Just Park operator who told me my booking at the address was confirmed. As I could not park in the space I had to park at the station and I was fortunate I had time to do this and not miss the train. I sent pictures of the parking space to Just Park and a full explanation. They have refunded me the full amount of costs and apologised. If their systems had been working properly and up to date to flag up the owner had moved out of the property, then, none of this might have happened in the first place.
