Live Oasis Merrion Street Gardens Car Park

Having 3 options for opening barrier didnt help, the first suggested PIN No. and the Open Barrier button on the app didn't work. Unnecessarily confusing.

Excellent location and easy to locate and use

Very good security got in ok but couldn’t get back out the raise barrier and pincode was not recognised waited 15 mins then was lucky enough that the driver behind me used his pin and we both got out ok brilliant car park but trying to get out let it down on star rating

Arrived at 7 00pm up to the red barrier as instructed. Code would not work and would not let us in to park. After walking around for 15 mins yo confirm we had the right place which it was we had to find another car park in Leeds and pay a further amount to park. Needless to say I am extremely unhappy

Really good parking. I would recommend this as it takes away the hassle of finding a parking space. The entry instructions are clear and easy to follow.

Does what it says on the tin! Clear instructions on location & entry to the car park, even which bays to park in. Only problem is there was no one to contact after hours, we had a problem leaving the car park & our code did not work, we tried to call them several times for help but no one answered. Luckily for me someone else was leaving the car park & I followed them out, I don't what would of happened if no one else was leaving.

have to download the app to be able to get in, code does not work however on the app there is an open barrier button and that worked fine once i'd realised that is what you had to do.

Fantastic place to park, close to Arena and easy to leave at end of evening

Took a few times to realise where the parking was. Then didn't realise had to scroll down the phone to open barrier

Great! Pin did not work but button on text information that they sent opened and closed the barrier. Maybe need to check pin for future customers. Otherwise very central and safe.
