The property has recorded Night vision CCTV with movement activated lighting. The road is residents parking only so there is no property closer than this to Leatherhead Station at all.

We have parked here for several years when visiting the area this time I booked two spaces and on arrival one of the spaces was occupied I knocked on the door and there was no answer so had to get space owners number from the app. I got an incoherent reply then the man came out in his dressing gown and moved his car. This isn't what I expect I had paid nearly £25 to park there and arrived 45 mins after my booking time won't be using the space again. Would have given one star but at least he moved his car

Perfect for what we needed. We are likely to use it again. One of us currently works in Chessington, we live in Worthing, and we both needed (and often do) to travel to Derbyshire for the weekend. Being able to park one of our cars for the whole weekend saved a wasted journey home.
