I park up next to address given. On collecting the car I was asked who I was and why I parked there. I discovered that the person who was renting the space had moved out 2 months ago. The parking space used constantly by the new resident. Suggest this parking spot is no longer an option.

Parking space not available (another car already parked there!) when I arrived even though I'd booked it prior. JustPark not helpful at all when I raised it. Waiting to see if I get a refund! Awful experience
