felt conned into using an app to pay for parking. no other option as only one machine in the car park. if my elderly neighbour had gone on his own he'd have had to park elsewhere and been late for his appointment.

I think it would be better to pay per minute. Say I booked 2 hours and returned in 1 it should be possible to tell the app I’m leaving and get credit or refund to card.

Wouldn't accept coins, app didn't work so had to call to park. Tried to extend booking by text that didn't work either.
