The car park address covers both a payment area and free area but the ticket machine (and JustPark address code) is confusingly located in between both areas.
I was actually in the Free to Park area but paid for the other chargeable area???

New code on the meters doesn't match the app code!!! Had to use a different park mobile code and just hope I wouldn't get a ticket! This matter really needs promptly resolved!

I parked at 11:33 am and used the app to start the parking fee. I returned to my car at 13:35 pm and found a Penalty Charge Notice on it issued at 12:35 pm. While parking app was still running.
