Absolute con & probably illegal. Service rest areas are there amongst other things for safety. If we are tired we are supposed to take a rest to avoid crashing & killing people. Do you honestly think that your position would be sustainable upon judicial review? Of course it wouldn't, but one can only find time to fight so many battles
